Our team

Adam Wilson | Managing Director
Adam Wilson is the founder and Managing Director of PCL Live. Since launching in 2022, he’s led the business to invest over £500,000 in cutting-edge equipment. including 400sqm of video wall, serving high-profile clients across the UK.
Adam’s client-first approach has earned him industry recognition, including the Northern Star Business Award for Customer First and two AV Award shortlistings for AV Professional of the Year.
A former semi-pro footballer with a passion for American football, Adam brings a competitive edge to everything he does. He’s also a proud dad, community advocate, and fundraiser for Maggie’s cancer charity.
Known for building videowalls at lightning speed, wiring anything, and mimicking accents, Adam brings fun and professionalism in equal measure – always striving to do the right thing, the right way.

Alex Sherman | Commercial Director
Alex Sherman is the Commercial Director at PCL Live, driving business growth through strategic planning and client relationships. With a background in sales, software and multimedia development, and digital marketing, Alex blends creativity with commercial acumen to deliver tailored AV solutions for every client.
Before joining PCL Live, he honed his skills at Add Energy, where he combined sales with graphic and digital marketing gaining valuable experience in both the creative and business sides of operations.
At PCL Live, Alex focuses on expanding market reach and ensuring top-tier project delivery, with a strong emphasis on long-term client partnerships.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys card collecting, video production, and rugby. His wide-ranging interests and hands-on approach bring depth to his leadership.
His skill set includes Q-SYS system design, graphic design, project management, video production, and technical installation support, making him a versatile force in the team.

Stephen Wilson | Head of Events
Stephen leads the delivery of all live events at PCL Live, overseeing everything from initial planning through to on-site execution. With over eight years’ experience in high-end corporate production, Stephen is a calm, solutions-focused individual.
His background as a qualified audio engineer (BSc) gives him a solid technical foundation, which he combines with sharp project management and creative problem-solving.
Whether he’s leading teams on the ground or designing complex AV setups, Stephen is driven by a commitment to quality, efficiency, and flawless client delivery.

Rachel Broere | Marketing & Events
With over a decade of experience working with top brands, agencies, and sporting organisations, Rachel specialises in delivering unforgettable events, marketing campaigns and building strategic partnerships. She’s driven, competitive, and thrives on bringing people and ideas together.
A proud mum to two fun, energetic kids, she juggles family life with her dual passions: the golf industry and live events. After starting out as a client of PCL Live, Rachel was so inspired by the team and their work that she joined them. A move that speaks volumes about her belief in what they do.
Naturally outgoing and people-focused, she brings a fresh dynamic to a team that’s more at home behind control desks and screens.
